Not at this time, though we hope to offer this as an option in the future. Currently we are working on developing a directory of organizations from which you can choose the non-profit organization you would like to receive 1% of your purchase. 


We support goal twelve to support Responsible Consumption and Production. 

A social enterprise by the government of Canada is defined as, “a for profit or not for profit with a social goal.”(ic.gc.ca) We achieve this through ethically sourcing and manufacturing our products, sustainable operations and by donating 1% of our sales to charities that support our social purpose. 

B Corp certification is very expensive and time consuming.Though we are not ruling it out for the future, our more pressing commitment is giving to charity right now.

Our company is founded and owned by women. We also support both local and internationally owned businesses, including those run by women. This includes transgender women and any person who identifies as a woman.

87% of our packaging for the product and shipping is recyclable or compostable. We are working really hard to become a 100% plastic free company by the end of 2021. 

Very fresh! We buy our spices from selected Canadian importers (the spice comes straight from the source) and then we package and blend our spices each and every month in small batches right before shipping.

We currently source organic and non-GMO spices from our suppliers however, we are unable to make that claim until we have obtained our certification by Biologique Canada. Until then we are unable to market our products as organic.

Though we take all precautions to prevent cross-contamination in the packaging process, we can’t guarantee that they are allergen free. Our spices are processed and packaged in a commercial kitchen and therefore exposure to allergens such as: dairy, eggs, meat, fish, crustacean, nuts, soy, and wheat products may occur. 

All of our products follow municipal regulations in Hamilton and provincial regulations by the CFIA.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. 


Discount codes can be entered at check-out in the discount code section. Only one discount is valid per order. If you forget to enter your discount code at checkout, just email us at info@nuleena.com and we’ll be happy to apply the code retroactively however, the purchase must be made on our website. 


We don't have a minimum order size!

We can’t guarantee that your shipping information will be updated before your package has shipped, but we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

Nuleena is not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed or returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed from a postal outlet or other mail holding centre.


Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to make changes and cancelations for orders however we are working on making our process more consumer friendly. 


Orders are shipped within 2 business days. 


Absolutely! Our gift cards are delivered by email, along with a code to redeem them at checkout. They have no additional processing fees.

Shipping rates are calculated as a flat rate based on the weight of your package, the shipping method selected, and the region where your package will be shipped.

Yes! For all orders over $50 (before tax) you will receive free standard shipping in North America. If you are using a discount code, make sure the total value after entering the code is at least $50 before tax to avoid shipping costs.

Shipping times indicated on this website begin once an order is shipped, after processing is completed.


We ship all orders from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. 

Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping within Canada and the US. 

If you receive our product and it doesn’t satisfy you, please let us know the reason within 30 days of receiving our products, and we will offer you a new product or refund. You can contact us at info@nuleena.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


In order to process a successful refund, we will need our customers to mail their products to Nuleena Foods for a careful inspection. As soon as we received the parcel from you, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. However, for refund rejections, we will provide our reasoning for the action in the email, as well as the evidence of rejection. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please consider checking your bank account later in the day. If it doesn’t appear on your bank account then contact your credit card company. Please be aware that the refund money would take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the recommended measures and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nuleena.com. 


To return your product, you must mail your product to Navita Spices Inc, PO Box 26028 Churchill Mississauga ON L5L 5W7. 


You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs of your return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
